Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items that show signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email deals@thejunkguru.ca with your order details. Returns must be sent to:

For larger items, we may provide a different return address due to shipping restrictions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed or refunded. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. In most cases, a prepaid return label will be provided, but in certain situations, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. This will be communicated clearly during the return process.
Damages & Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and plants
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items such as beauty and skincare products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy, including excessive return requests, items that show signs of use, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, the fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order and return the original item. This ensures quicker processing and avoids delays.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, unworn, with all original packaging and proof of purchase to qualify.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within one business day.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If this timeframe has passed, please first check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us at deals@thejunkguru.ca.
